Of course, you are welcome to ask us questions if you are unsure about anything. Information about the terms of your employment may be found in policies established by River Rock Behavioral Health, in your offer letter, or related Agreements that you may have been provided related to your specific position with the Company.

At-Will Employment
Your employment with the Company is on an "at-will" basis. This means your employment may be terminated at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause. Likewise, we respect your right to leave the company at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause. Due to the nature of our work, a planned exit would provide an opportunity to prepare your clients for any transitions that may occur, and would be appreciated. If possible, please give at least 90 days advance notice in order to allow for an orderly transition and allow opportunity to adequately prepare clients and make arrangements for their ongoing clinical care.
Nothing in this employee handbook or any other company document should be understood as creating a contract, guaranteed or continued employment, a right to termination only "for cause," or of any other guarantee of continued benefits or employment. Only Dr. Jessica Harvath has the authority to make promises or negotiate in regard to guarantee of or continued employment, and any such promises are only effective if placed in writing and signed by Dr. Jessica Harvath.
